The Intelligent Investor

The Intelligent Investor is probably the greatest investing book of all time.  Written by Benjamin Graham in 1962, it summarizes the qualities of an investor and clearly defines for the first time what makes an investor different than a speculator.

Probably one of the most important concepts in Graham's book is that successful investors do a lot more than just look for good investments.  According to Graham, successful investors must possess three traits: patience, independence and knowledge.
