Online Investing is nothing short of a miracle.  Investing on the Internet represents something never before possible: at your fingertips is the financial library for the entire world. 

However, online investing also represents a huge temptation.  In a split second you can buy or sell ownership in thousands of companies, often for $10 or less.  Make something too easy and people are bound to abuse it.
