What Does the Foreclosure Bootcamp Entail?
You get two full days of hands-on training, the best real estate deals in the world, our team, and access to our proven system.
This is available to a small group ONLY. I will only be able to take 22 people, and as of last weekend when I introduced this bootcamp, I have 7 people signed up.
Please note that this is NOT a tax lien or small business workshop. Classroom training will be at a minimum. Training will be one house at a time. Come with your pen and checkbook ready to purchase a foreclosure.
Saturday – Day 1
AM: Half a day of training on how to find the best REO properties, government foreclosures, plus a quick review of tax liens and tax deeds that you can buy right now through the mail and online.
PM: Remainder of day will be spent in the field with the Rogue Investor team, including a licensed real estate agent, looking at properties that you can buy right now.
Sunday – Day 2
Entire day will be commited to looking at properties in the field. You can make your decisions and leave your offers for us to negotiate.
Why am I doing this?
First, the deals are excellent and the demand is huge. The problem is communication. We can send you a list, take pictures, and go back and forth, but oftentimes, the best deals are lost because our busy schedules get in the way.
The best way I can think of overcoming this is to give you my full attention and help you find a cash flow property that you can look at and decide for yourself.
