The Rogue Investor Report: Take Control of your Financial Future!

Co-Ownership Offer

Rogue Investors,

If you remember in last month’s newsletter I profiled a Mega Investing Trend that is really gaining momentum: co-ownership. Co-ownership is when a group of investors pool together their financial resources to purchase a property that they could not afford alone. This is what big investors have been doing for years so they can get inside deals and make high returns on their money.

In 2006 we put together a co-ownership opportunity to purchase five ocean-view apartments in Banyuls, France. In less than one year the capital appreciation on this investment has been 40 percent, and that does not include the appreciation of the euro versus the dollar.

I am now ready to offer you an opportunity to be a co-owner of some of the most valuable property at Ocean Star Estates, for a huge discount. Block J, consisting of six building lots, is the only land at Ocean Star Estates that is zoned for the construction of four family units per lot. Block J is also located next to a spectacular beach, as well as the pool, tennis courts and other amenities. Construction of the infrastructure throughout Ocean Star Estates is underway and already several builders have expressed interest in building multi-family units on this land when the infrastructure is completed in one year.

To give you the opportunity to participate in a land grab, we have packaged all of the Block J lots together and discounted the land from $89,900 per lot to $69,900 per lot, a $20,000 discount per lot. In 12 months, when the infrastructure is completed, the land will be sold for the $89,900 original purchase price.

This means that you, the co-owner, will get a share of the profits when the land is sold, a total of $120,000 for all six lots.

How do you become part of this unique investing opportunity?

You can purchase co-ownership units in Ocean Star Block J for $19,971 each, giving you an opportunity to be an owner in the Ocean Star Estates project with minimal investment capital. There are a total of 21 co-ownership units, with a projected profit of $5,715 per share.

Why am I doing this?

When I started as a real estate investor 15 years ago, I always wanted to own ocean-view property but could not afford it. It took me almost 10 years to buy my first ocean-view property and since then I have been searching for ways to make it possible for others to own such property as well. In my opinion, ocean-view property is one of the most stable and lucrative real estate investments you can make, but some individuals cannot afford to purchase an entire lot. Co-ownership is a way to make owning ocean-view property affordable to a wider group of investors.
