2. Kansas City Tax Deed Sale (Jackson County, Missouri) - Su nday and Monday August 29th and 30th. The DEADLINE to register for the sale is Friday, August 20th because of County rules.
3. Special Missouri Tax Lien Sale (I’m going to this o ne even if no one signs up) - Monday and Tuesday, September 6th and 7th.
The cost to go with me to a Missouri tax sale is only $4997 minus $1500, or $3497 for you and a guest. As a bonus, I will have a certified FORECLOSURE AGENT on hand to show you some cash flow rental properties, like duplexes, 4-plexes and bread and butter rental houses. Some of these properties are ready to rent or already have tenants – at only $25,000 per unit.
