March Market Madness
Hello Rogue Investors,
First, I want to thank everyone who attended our first Rogue Investor Premium Member conference call. We had a lot of fun together going through a live, online tax lien list and we will do it again at the beginning of April. If you would like to join in as a Premium Member and listen to the recorded conference call and work with me live, then please call 913-381-4520 or visit this link: http://www.rogueinvestor.com/premier_service.html.
The March 1 Special Report and recorded conference call is out and ready. All you need is the username and password. Call and sign up. I still have a few spots available, but again I am keeping the class size small so you get personal attention.

New Lien/Property Listings
As a special thank you to any Rogue Investor Premium Members, workshop attendees, Banyuls (France) or Dominican Republic investors, I am allowing you access to list up to 10 of your liens, deeds or properties on our Rogue Investor website at no cost. Please note that Rogue Investor cannot act as a real estate broker, but we can provide you with exposure. If you would like to take us up on this, please contact us during office hours.
Check out what we have listed: http://www.rogueinvestor.com/property-listings.html.
Now… have we gone crazy? With March Madness basketball mania in full progress and my own city hosting the Big 12 tournament, I think Wall Street may be in full party mode. The drunken frat boys never grew up, I guess.
They somehow got a hold of a secret report that proves that aliens exist, Bigfoot is alive and the U.S. economy is on track for a spectacular recovery.
I’ll admit I enjoy watching the stock market go up just about as much as anyone.
However, I would just like to remind everyone of the following:
- Unemployment is still at nearly 10%.
- Small businesses and employees are scared.
- Government doesn’t know what to do.
- Oil has quietly spilled over the $80 per barrel mark.
- Our debt didn’t go away. In fact, every single American now owes about $75,000 in government debt, not including personal debt.
Again, I love a good stock market rebound, but could we just get real about it? Or, maybe that’s what makes it fun and exciting. It’s a veritable roller coaster of financial highs and lows. One minute your 401k statement shows you should be in line at the soup kitchen and in a flash your butler “Jeeves” is pulling the limo around to pick you up.
Do you know what?
I prefer investments that are constant and predictable.
That’s why I am still investing in tax lien certificates and foreclosures. For excitement and diversification, I occasionally like to throw in a little international property investing. For me, this March Stock Market Madness is over inflated.
All the best,
Michael Williams
