World Markets Are Spinning Out of Control
Creating Serious Opportunity
If you know what you're doing -- and where to do it -- this could be the best chance in your lifetime to grow your wealth...
Dear Live and Invest Overseas Reader,
This is the best time in at least 10 years to be a buyer.
After in some cases decade-long runs into the stratosphere, property
markets worldwide have collapsed. Prices some places have fallen by
half and more.

My name is Lief Simon. I've been scouting global property markets for
more than 16 years. The opportunities for making money in international
real estate are greater right now than I've ever seen them.
But most investors are too scared to act. They don't know whatto do,
where to look, even how to start. A little fear is a healthy thing, for
the days when you could buy almost anything and make money are over. In
today's climate, you need to be more focused and more careful.
But you also need to act.
Over two-and-a-half days in Panama City, Oct. 15-17, I'm going to show you where, when, and how.
The smart and experienced money is moving into international real estate. Join it.
At
this Third Annual Global Real Estate Profits Summit, my A-list team of
international property investing professionals will introduce you to...
A sun-drenched beach
resort area in South America where developers are scrambling to meet
demand for tourist accommodation. The economy here is still growing,
despite the global recession, and the government is pumping millions of
dollars into infrastructure to meet the continued expansion of both
national and international tourism to the region. Developers are hungry
for cash flow -- so hungry, they'll let you in for as little as no money down...at a price that makes the investment nearly irresistible...
- A particular opportunity to profit from the wave of Baby Boomers seeking affordable retirement
and a better quality of life abroad. Never has there been such a large,
active, and adventurous generation of retirees -- with so little saved
for retirement. The foreign retirement trend has already started; I
predict that the economic crisis will turn it into a tidal wave. Your
investment in this trend now could give you a 10-fold return, in quarterly dividends starting immediately. I
know a regional development company specializing in building Latin
American retirement communities with the quality, standards, and
amenities expected by North Americans. I will introduce you to them at
the Global Real Estate Profits Summit in October...
- One of my own current projects
in the next-to-be-developed area of Panama. On a perfect stretch of
virtually undiscovered sunset beach, we're building a world-class
residential community with full amenities, including a colonial-style
town center and a resort hotel. This investment opportunity has a
projected ROI of 26% annualized over 10 years.
Panama boasts a strong and stable economy. Growth continues regardless
of world economic woes, tourism is thriving, and North Americans and
Europeans continue to flock here to retire and start new lives. I'll
give you all the details when I see you in October...
- A turn-key money-maker
in arguably the most sophisticated city in Latin America. In a trendy
neighborhood sought out by Hollywood moviemakers and tourists from
North America and Europe, you could earn a reliable yield of as much as
18.2% per year, participating in this new 5-star
rental investment opportunity. Plus, you have use each year for your
own luxury vacations (which could be tax-deductible, as you're visiting
your own income-generating property)...
- Distress sales
in one of Europe's most popular beach resort areas, where families from
all over Europe continue to vie for vacation rentals every year. You
can buy here right now at discounts of up to 22% or more ... with financial incentives including cash back and no money down. Turnkey, furnished, and ready-to-rent in one of the world's most proven markets...
- A vineyard investment in
the "new Napa," the South American wine-producing area with the
lifestyle, views, and excellent wines to rival California -- at a
fraction of the price. Build your dream home and live in it now or rent
it out for cash flow until you're ready to use it yourself. The
vineyard is professionally developed and managed, meaning you get a
share of the profits, the chance to enjoy an enviable lifestyle among
the vines, even the option of having the vintner produce your own
private-labeled vintage...all without ever getting your hands dirty if
you don't want to. Projected returns are 15.2% a year...
These are the kinds of opportunities available now...
if you know where to look...
how to evaluate, vet, and judge...
where to turn for advice you can trust...
and what it takes to buy safely in a foreign, unregulated market.
Why Real Estate?
Because it's real. Currencies, at least those not backed by gold or
silver, are a concept. Stocks are unpredictable, because the value of
the company that issues them depends not only on who is running it and
how well, and future demand for its products, but on the rest of the
world economy, as well. Stocks, bonds, and paper currencies can all be
reduced to nothing more than that -- pieces of paper. They operate out
of your control, and their value can fall to zero.

Real
estate, on the other hand, is a hard asset. Like every other investment
type, its value rises and falls, depending on demand. The difference is
that, when the real estate market falls, you can just sit back and hold
on. You've still got your asset. You can have personal use of it...you
can even reinvent it to create new perceived value.
More than that, buy smart, and you can feel confident in your asset's
value long term. Certain kinds of real estate have more intrinsic value
than others. People with the budget and the inclination to seek out
more than basic housing look for particular kinds of added value.
Specifically, for example,
people want waterfront, especially beachfront property.
It sells for more than non-beachfront property, its value appreciates
at a greater rate, and it holds its value longer, even during
down-cycles, than other real estate investments
The second winning strategy right now is income-producing property in areas with proven track records of desirability.
No place is recession-proof, but some come pretty darn close. Some
places--like Paris, for example--continue to see great volumes of
tourists regardless of global economic cycles. A yield-producing
position in a market like this can carry you through ups and downs,
producing consistent cash returns.
The third strategy for global real estate investing success is to place yourself in the "path of progress."
Identify trends of development, demographics, or infrastructure and buy
in early on to an investment set to take advantage of them. The current
burgeoning migration of Baby Boomers from the States to more affordable
retirement locales is a mega example. At my
Global Real Estate Profits Summit
in October, I'll show you specifically how to position yourself to
profit from this history-making trend both short- and long-term.
The fourth global real estate investing strategy I like is land, specifically productive land
that produces a commodity with a proven demand. One of my favorites is
hardwood timber, specifically teak. The world's supply of native teak
forest is diminishing rapidly, and, as one of the most durable
hardwoods, demand for teak is consistently strong. Teak production,
therefore, is a reliable investment that has long out-performed the
stock market. In October, I will introduce you to an investment that
has produced reliable returns for more than 16 years. This is the top
opportunity on offer right now to position yourself for long-term
yields from one of the world's hardest assets.
"Substantial Opportunities..."
"Many thanks again for your conference this week. It was
excellent...even better than your conference last year, as there were
clearer and more tangible opportunities on offer. I am keen to proceed
with a number of them."
-- M. Lyonette, attendee at the "Global Real Estate Opportunities Conference" in Monaco
Finding the Upside in the Downside of the Market Cycle
Over the past year and longer, the global economy has been a
roller-coaster. Overall, it's been a downward slide, even a free-fall
in some markets, and we haven't yet reached bottom.

But
not all countries have been affected equally. And not all sectors of
every economy are down. Latin America, for instance, has been less
affected by the downturn than North America and Europe, and some
economies in this part of the world continue to expand. At the same
time, real estate values have fallen and are now, in many places, a
great bargain.
The trick is to know
what
to buy, where, specifically, to look for it, and who you can trust to
help you find the best deals with the greatest prospects for long-term
gain, both in terms of capital appreciation and cash-flowing yields.
Great Deals -- If You Know Where to Look For Them
It's a buyer's market right now -- and not only in Miami and Detroit.
You've heard the stories, I'm sure, about tremendous housing bargains
in the U.S. and Europe, where tapped-out buyers are abandoning their
mortgages and their homes, leaving banks holding portfolios packed with
properties they don't want and can't sell. Some of them are offering
houses by the dozens at prices from the 1950s and '60s, just to recoup
some of their losses.
But what's the future for a house in Detroit? Even Miami, with the
intrinsic value of its beachfront, will take years, if not decades, to
recover from its current depressed position.
The better options are places that people like you are just beginning
to discover, places that right now hold out the potential for
affordable retirement living and holiday homes...places with natural
beauty, friendly neighbors, and safe streets...places that will
continue to attract attention, new residents, and holiday-makers for
generations to come.
What's the secret to discovering
the best opportunities for where to put your money in the world's
most promising real estate markets?
Time and Money
I've been traveling the world for more than 16 years, building up a
portfolio that's earned me up to 1,071% in total returns on a single
deal.
At the same time, I've built an incomparable Rolodex of international contacts.
I can't tell you how many thousands...in fact, hundreds of thousands of
dollars I've spent on plane tickets, hotel rooms, meals, car rentals,
local scout fees, attorney consultations, accountant reviews and
filings, and so much more, exploring up-and-coming real estate markets
in parts of the world that, in some cases, still haven't made it onto
the radar of mainstream investors.
I've driven off-road and hiked undeveloped beaches from Uruguay to
Thailand...from Panama to Vietnam. I've spoken in person with experts
on every continent. Back at my laptop, I've run the numbers and
considered the exit strategies. (I'm an accountant by training.)
In the process of all this, I've become an expert myself. I see the big
picture, the broad spectrum of possibilities, from Latin America to
Europe and Asia.
You could do this, too.
You
could spend years of your own time and hundreds of thousands of your
own dollars to create your own global real estate portfolio...or you
could take a crash-course with me and the experts I consult myself.
"Top shelf. Appreciated the sincere and honest approach of the
organizers and speakers as well as the desire to give complete,
accurate, timely, and appropriate information and thorough answers."
-- Ken W., United States
I wouldn't suggest you invest your hard-earned money based on my recommendations alone.
I don't, so why should you? I start with my best analysis, and then I
travel to every country I'm interested in to do the
on-the-ground research that's absolutely essential in real estate investing.
In every country I visit, whether it's the Dominican Republic, Uruguay, or Australia, I seek out
local experts
-- people who make their money in that property market and who know
from real-world, firsthand experience about the current market
conditions--things like
planned infrastructure improvements,
currency risks, foreign ownership restrictions, taxes, and pending
legislation with implications for the foreign investor...
Only after I've spent months researching, traveling, seeing the
opportunities for myself, and meeting with people whom I trust to
connect me to the local property market
as a local...only then do I invest.
And only then would I recommend any investment to you.
But, again, I don't stop there...
Join Me and My Hand-Picked Experts for My Third Annual Summit on International Real Estate Profits

This October, I'm convening my
Third Annual Global Real Estate Profits Summit.
My team and I are meeting in Panama -- the country I've chosen as my
home, not only because it's a beautiful and affordable place to live,
but also because it's one of the most interesting real estate
investment markets on the planet right now.
I've
invited a long A-list of international real estate investing experts
and professionals to join me over the two-and-a-half-days of my Summit
mid-October to help me present
at least 10 real estate offers that I've already visited, vetted, and personally investigated.
If you're new to global property investing, this is your chance to
learn all the how-to's of international real estate legalities,
purchase processes, foreign ownership rights and restrictions, fees and
taxes, title insurance, and other nuts-and-bolts information that you
absolutely must know before you sign your first contract or plunk down
payment.
You'll get investment advice timed for 2009, including full details of
three real estate investment strategies for conserving wealth and making sustainable profits in the current economy.
If you're a seasoned investor, then you already know the value of this
Summit to you: It's priceless. If you had the time and the inclination
to spend months flying around the world and the money to invest in
scouting, identifying, and vetting your own portfolio of top-rated
opportunities...you probably would have done so already.
But smart investors know how much their own time is worth. You
understand the value of paying someone who already has the expertise,
the contacts, and the judgment to do the research, the travel, and the
due diligence on key real estate opportunities worldwide for you.
This Is Your Chance to Raid My Rolodex
I convene this panel of experts and compile this portfolio of
recommended offers but once a year. The contacts, colleagues, and
friends who have agreed to join me in Panama in October are busy
people, and, frankly, it's not easy to get on their calendars. I
appreciate that they're making time for this special event. It's a
one-of-a-kind opportunity to meet in person with an advisory team of
this caliber. As an attendee, you'll have access to my best personal
contacts and resources, not only during the formal presentations each
day, but informally, as well...over drinks and over lunch, poolside and
one-on-one.
These are the contacts I've spent years cultivating. The ones I know
well enough to call friends and to invite to Panama for a blow-out
event that will help us all attain even more success.
You, first and foremost, because we've designed the
Global Real Estate Profits Summit
to provide you not only how-to information and specific investment
offers, but also the private introductions to the expert advisors you
need to follow through.
The speakers benefit, as
well. They look forward to the networking opportunities when we all
gather in one place for a few days of shop-talk, swapping recent
scouting stories and discoveries over drinks at the bar after-hours.
And I benefit. I learn something new every time I get all these great
minds and their accumulated years of experience together. Updates on
changes in property or immigration laws that affect foreign
investment...insights into economic changes that are creating new
demand in particular localized markets...tips on planned infrastructure
improvements...creative strategies for overcoming legal or purchasing
road blocks...
These guys not only know what they're doing...they also love what they
do. And they're the best at it that you'll find anywhere. This
invitation to spend two-and-a-half-days together with them is an
invaluable opportunity to expand your network of global contacts, your
investment portfolio, and, bottom line, your wealth.
First, please allow me to introduce myself formally. My name is
Lief Simon.
I've been investing in global real estate for more than 16 years. For
more than five years, I was editor of International Living's
Global Real Estate Investor,
a specialized investment service to help individuals (like you) find
little-known--and potentially highly lucrative--international property
opportunities. Today, I have an exclusive offshore investment
consulting practice with a select group of private clients.
I have lived and worked on five continents. I earned a Master's Degree
in International Management. I've worked for a CPA firm. Served as an
executive of an international oil company...and then as the chief
financial officer for a hospitality design and consulting firm that
renovated hotels in prime locations worldwide.
I've traveled to and done business in more than 50 countries. I've bought and sold real estate in 18.
Everywhere I've gone and in everything I've done, I've helped people
realize their dreams of profiting from international real estate. Now,
if you'll let me, I'd like to try to do the same for you.
Tracking down great deals in little-known and misunderstood markets is
my passion. And not just for myself. I count some of the world's
savviest investors among my clients. They trust me...because they know
how many kilometers I've clocked worldwide. They know how many beaches
I've walked...how many hills I've hiked. They know how many
kidney-shattering dirt roads I've traveled...in search of the best,
earliest-in deals.
They also know that, at heart, I'm still an accountant. My wife puts it less flatteringly. She calls me compulsive.
Maybe. The point is: What matters to me is the bottom line.
"Everything I hoped for, excellent. Very well run and organized, topics
of high interest, invaluable introductions to experts."
-- Del R., Canada
After more than a dozen years at this, I've built up something of a track record:
- Santa Rosa, Nicaragua: 50% in just 2 weeks...
- Rancho Santana: Nicaragua: 450% in 5 years...
- Costa del Sol, Spain: 30% annualized over 2 years...
- Buenos Aires, Argentina: 35% in just 1 year...
- Costa Maya, Mexico: 200% in 2 years...
- Chicago, Illinois: 1,070% in 2 ½ years...
- Nova Scotia, Canada: 150% in just 1 year...
- Panama City, Panama: 300% in 3 years...
- Queensland, Australia: 38% annualized over 16 months...
- Santa Cruz Island, Ecuador: 100% appreciation in 2 years...
- Bucharest, Romania: 80% in 18 months...
- Waterford, Ireland: 750% returns over 5 years...
OK...enough about what I've done.
Let's talk about what I'm going to do...for you.

At my
Third Annual Global Real Estate Profits Summit, I'll present you with
at least 10 international real estate investment opportunities I can recommend -- already
researched, vetted, and ready for your inspection. I'll have the
principals and the developers on hand, in the room, in each case, to
answer your questions, so you can get all the details you need to make
your decisions. But this is more than just your opportunity to leverage
the sweetest fruits of my global scouting efforts. It's also your
chance to spend 2 ½ days with the 12 most successful global real estate
investing pros I know.
Specifically, In Panama This October, I'll Make Your Personal Introduction To:
STEVE ROSBERG
Argentina

Steve
Rosberg has held top management functions in banks in Argentina, the
Cayman Islands, and Ecuador and has acted as an international financial
consultant for individuals and corporations around the world. Steve's
extensive direct international experience in financial systemic crises,
country default situations, and inflationary environments has taught
him the value of real producing assets as the safest and most reliable
strategy for achieving long-term capital growth.
Today, Steve's investment management company does business in Argentina
and Uruguay, investing in forestry; vineyard development, management,
and sales; and construction and real estate.
Steve's investment strategy is to structure a portfolio to:
- Grow, even if there is recession (the trees keep growing, the vineyards, too)...
- Maintain value,
even if there is high inflation (timberland, vineyard, hotel, all of
Steve's investment plays are real, appreciating assets that will not
only protect the real value of your initial investment from inflation's
erosion, but also generate cash flows that will also increase in this
scenario)...
- Generate ongoing revenue, originating in the sustainable production of real assets...
- Do all this in environmentally responsible ways, and...
- Allow you to enjoy your investment...
At my
Global Real Estate Profits Summit in October, Steve will detail two particular current opportunities for you to achieve all these goals.
One is a vineyard, winery, and residential community in the "new Napa,"
the Mendoza wine-producing region of Argentina. The property offers
unique potential for vineyard production, tourism, and recreation,
because of its exceptional soil, breathtaking views, and proximity to
the city of Mendoza.
Tourists are drawn to this region for its world-class wineries, art
galleries, restaurants, golf and polo, luxury hotels, and, of course,
its great natural beauty. Well-known vintners who have already invested
in this valley include Rothschild, Dassault, Léoville-Poyferré, Lurton,
Moët & Chandon, Michel Rolland, Codorniu, O. Fournier, and
Salentein.
In October, Steve will detail a current chance to participate in an investment in this region promising yields of
15.2% per year.
The second opportunity Steve is bringing to the table is a fully turnkey yield buy projecting a minimum return of
up to 18.2% per year, with a kicker that could provide an additional 4% per year, bringing your annual yield to
more than 22%.
DAVID JAMES
Uruguay

David
James is a developer with 15 years experience in Latin America. David
sailed from Texas to Guatemala in 1991 and never looked back. In the
nearly 20 years since, he has lived in Ecuador, Brazil, Mexico, and
Japan, and currently lives and works in Uruguay.
David is bringing two outstanding opportunities for investment to the table in Panama this October,
both part of his current development activity along Uruguay's Gold
Coast. The location is unsurpassed, the amenities first-class, and the
quality of development top flight. David's project, five minutes from
the beach, boasts stunning ocean views and a picturesque beach town
nearby with quaint cafes and a first-class marina. International
airports, tourist amenities, and cosmopolitan Montevideo are all within
easy reach.
David's first offer is an
opportunity to participate with the developer in South America's only
gated community and ocean-view resort to combine Western comfort, Latin
warmth, and thousands of years of Eastern wisdom into a harmonious
environment to assure wellness of mind, body, and spirit. Based on the
success of lot sales, David has secured an option to purchase
additional property and is seeking additional investment to expand the
project. Your investment is projected to
yield an annualized return of 30.39%.
David will also be offering bulk-lot packages to those in the room for this private event at discounts of up to
57% off the retail value
of individual lots. That leaves you plenty of upside for resale...even
more if you build homes and sell them. You could also, of course, keep
one for your own use...
LUIS DE SILVA
Portugal
Luis is an internationally respected investor and developer who speaks
five languages and has run businesses on five continents. Originally
from Portugal, Luis has lived in 10 countries and is personally
involved right now in property investments in South Africa, Brazil, the
United States, Portugal, and the United Kingdom.
After an eight-year career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in
South Africa and Portugal, Luis joined Plaut, a German management
consulting company, where he became the youngest board member at age
29. Luis was responsible for the company's Latin American operations,
the fastest-growing division of the group, with 250 employees
generating slightly more 10% of the group's annual revenues of €250
million.
In 2003, after 16 years in management consulting, Luis decided to
dedicate himself full-time to his property interests and is currently
an equity partner in several real estate projects across the globe. As
founder and principal of the Illumina management consultancy firm.
Luis will be unveiling a special offer for
Global Real Estate Profits Summit participants
only. I cannot release details here now, but based on negotiations to
date and the track record of deeply discounted offers Luis has brought
to the table in the past, we can predict:
- Distress sale discounts of 15%, 22%, and more...
- Deluxe units in residential developments in one of Europe's most popular beach resort regions...
- Financial incentives such as cash-back or no-money-down...
- Turnkey properties ready for rental or occupancy...
Luis has a strong track record. I'm eager to hear final details of what
he'll offer during my Summit -- and you should be, too.
"I started with you back in 1984, and I wish I had been able to act on
your suggestions back then. I did buy in Costa Rica in 1988, and that
was good.
"I so enjoy all your materials, as
I believe in your truthfulness about places to look at and buy. I also
remember your little stock suggestions, and you were always on target.
"Thank you for all your hard work. You have made a lot of people dream
and a lot of dreams come true. I enjoy all the e-dispatches from all
your staff all over the world. I am always telling people about you and
how you started your publications years ago. In fact, I just today told
my banker about how honest and smart you are, letting us know where to
go. Wish I had listened to you more years ago..."

MICHAEL COBB
Belize

After
enjoying a successful career in the computer industry, Mike Cobb
decided to pursue more pioneering opportunities in the emerging real
estate markets of Central America. In 1996, Mike and his business
partner formed Exotic Caye International to provide loans to North
Americans purchasing real estate in Belize, Honduras, and throughout
the region. As the need for capital outstripped the supply, the
mortgage company was converted to an international bank under the
jurisdiction of Belize. It continues to provide mortgage services but
has expanded its services to encompass a full realm of financial
products.
After establishing the bank, Mike
and his partner moved into real estate development, including, to
start, a resort on Ambergris Caye, Belize. Then, in August
2000, they purchased 3.5 miles of Pacific beachfront property due west
of Managua, Nicaragua. This master-planned community boasts
world-class infrastructure, private homes, and condominium units
designed specifically for the foreign retiree market.
In February 2006, the ECI Development group Mike and his partner had
formed acquired 1,100 acres and 3 kilometers of coastline in Costa
Rica, setting the stage for expansion into this popular
market. Most recently they merged their Belize property with a
much larger parcel and have begun to develop 200 units on Ambergris
Caye.
Mike has spoken at more than 100 international conferences about real
estate financing and development. He has acted as a consultant to
the Oxford Club and gives counsel to various real estate projects
throughout Central America.
At my
Global Real Estate Profits Summit, Mike will tell you about an opportunity to
earn at least 10 times your original investment or more, over the next 10 to 15 years, by investing in a regional developer of high-quality, master-planned retirement communities.
Right now, as you know, a tidal wave of Baby Boomers is facing
retirement. Hard hit by the current recession, they're looking for
affordable options without sacrificing lifestyle. Latin America is
their closest, most affordable option -- but few developers in Latin
America can provide the quality of product, services, and community
life that North American retirees want.
Like the super-successful Sun City model in the U.S., this development
plan has a clearly defined target market, allows for a variety of
quality products designed to meet all tastes, and is perfectly attuned
to current market conditions.
ROI is immediate and ongoing; the company has already paid more than 15 quarterly dividend payments.
ROBERT KROESEN
Panama

Robert
G. Kroesen is a Panamanian of Dutch origin. After many years in the
United States as a marketing consultant, Robert returned to
Panama full-time. Today, he directs one of the largest
reforestation projects in the country. Together with some of the most
important legal firms and consultants from around the
world, Robert advises individuals on how to take advantage of
timber reforestation opportunities both for investment and as a means
of obtaining full-time residency in Panama.
Panama is being rediscovered for its enormous profit potential from
growing teak trees. Teak growth is limited to countries that are
located between 20 degrees north and south of the equator, and Panama
is one of the few countries in the world where teak thrives. The market
for this durable hardwood is high, and the supply shrinking.
Timber boasts one of the
best return/risk ratios of any kind of investment you could name. Historically,
an
investment in timber would have brought you a greater return relative
to the associated risks than any other investment, period.
Nothing could be simpler, or more reliable, than an investment in timber. Buy land, plant trees on it, harvest them.
You get a cash return from the trees...and you continue to own the land. Annualized cash returns can be as high as 15%
if you invest with a timber management company. And once you make the
buy...your work is done. In Panama mid-October, Robert will show you
how.
MICHAEL WILLIAMS
Dominican Republic

Michael
Williams is a co-founder of Rogue Investor, LLC, a company that
provides real estate education and training, primarily in tax sales and
foreclosures. Its best-selling product,
Rogue Real Estate Investor Collection, is now in its seventh edition.
In 2006, after intense research into ocean property investment options
around the world, the business expanded with real estate investments on
the north coast of the Dominican Republic and along the Mediterranean
coast in the south of France.
Michael
is a geologist by trade, so he takes a scientific view of real estate.
Using 10 criteria for evaluating the best ocean-front land for
development, he and his partner selected the Dominican Republic and in
particular Ocean Star Estates, a 77-acre residential community near
Puerto Plata.
Michael will
join us in October to discuss how you can get in on the incredible
business and real estate opportunities in the Dominican Republic.
PHILIP HAHN
Belize

Philip
Hahn is an international development consultant and real estate
developer in Belize. Phil has been designing, building, and developing
real estate for more than 20 years, and his firm, Nautilus Design
Group, Inc., has been responsible for the design and construction
documents of more than 6,000 homes in the Southeastern U.S.
Phil saw the potential for development in Belize in 2003, when he
purchased the property for Orchid Bay, a 115-acre New Urbanism
community on the country's northeast shore. At Orchid Bay, Phil has
combined his experience with quality coastal home design with his love
of classic architecture to create an evocative new Caribbean town. As
witnessed in his development at Orchid Bay, Phil is committed to
preserving the environment and the culture of this unique region.
Phil's talents extend beyond those of a developer or designer; his
passion and respect for people, history, and lifestyle inspire him to
create beautiful and enduring homes and communities.
Phil will be premiering his next project at my
Global Real Estate Profits Summit
in Panama. You'll be among the first to get a look at plans for his new
planned community when Phil presents Phase I investment opportunities.
This will be the first investor chance to see plans for Phil's
ground-breaking development and a pre-release opportunity to take a
position at pre-development prices.
"I'm
sure it will take you a few days to recover from the intense effort
that you and your wonderful staff put into the conference last week.
From my perspective, it was an excellent production."

Anthony's career has taken him from his home city of London to
Portugal, then Dubai, and currently the northeast coast of Brazil,
where construction is booming and investment opportunities promise high
yields with irresistible terms.
Like Argentina, Brazil ticks the box for every lifestyle opportunity
you could possibly imagine...with beaches that are far more beautiful
than those of its neighbor. And, while most of the rest of the world is
fighting for survival during this economic downturn, Brazil is making
more positive headlines. The economy is growing, lending is up,
interest rates down.
Now, with the country preparing to host the 2014 Soccer World Cup, the
most widely viewed sporting event in the world, the government is
pumping US$4.5 billion into the local infrastructure around Fortaleza,
already an established tourist hotspot and now a World Cup host city.
All of which makes Brazil's stunning coast -- and Fortaleza in
particular -- ripe for investment. A shortage of tourist accommodation
has created an explosion in new developments aimed to open in time for
the World Cup, and developers are so hungry for cash flow, they're
offering unheard-of deals. The current investment options are
absolutely affordable and can be purchased taking advantage of some of
the easiest, most appealing financing terms I've ever come across in
all my years of scouting international real estate markets.
Terms such as
no money down and 100 installments of 1% each.
Anthony will be bringing details of
at least 3 -- perhaps more -- of the best deals he's found in the region to my
Global Real Estate Profits Summit in October. These will be exclusive, in-the-room opportunities.
PLUS,
during this Third Annual Global Real Estate Profits Summit, I'll
present an opportunity for you to get in on the ground floor of my own
current development project in the market I've identified as offering
the greatest potential for return over the coming five to seven years.
When
you join me at the Global Real Estate Profits Summit in October, I'll
detail how you can participate directly with the developer team to reap
profits of 26% a year annualized over 10 years.
The name of the game right now is reliable long-term return from real
assets. Consistent yields. Productive hard assets that allow you to
expand your wealth and protect it at the same time.
Tremendous Current Investing Opportunities, Plus Everything You Need to Know About Buying Real Estate Overseas
Perhaps you're well experienced buying real estate on U.S. soil. But
international real estate is a different ball game. When you move into
the unregulated markets of the developing world, the burden is on you,
as the investor, to protect yourself. You don't have the checks and
balances or the safety nets you count on Stateside.

We
won't bore you with hours of International Real Estate Investing 101
lectures, but we want to make sure you leave our meetings armed with
all the information, connections, and contacts you need to be confident
when you act on the opportunities we'll be bringing to the table for
you.
To this end, I've invited the most
experienced and savvy property investment professionals I've found in
my 16 years doing this to join me so that, together, we can show you
not only why it makes more sense right now than in a decade to build an
international real estate investment portfolio...but also how to go
about building one safely and successfully.
You'll
walk away from our two-and-a-half-days in Panama City with practical,
how-to guidance on how to think like an international property
investor. We'll download for you decades of collective scouting and
vetting experience.
"I would like to thank you so very much for your recent conference. Our
minds are still reeling with all of the information presented to us.
All of the presenters were very knowledgeable in their respective
fields. We also enjoyed talking with other attendees. Thanks again for
all of your hard work in putting together the event. For anyone
considering these opportunities, this conference should be on their
'must do' list."
-- Diane D., United States
Together, my team and I will show you...
- How to analyze the political lay of the land to make sure laws are in your favor...
- How to assess a country's economic structure to make sure it's on a sound footing
- How to evaluate an international developer so you know the project you're investing in is a viable one...
- How
to consider the bigger picture, including roads, other existing and
planned infrastructure, currency risks, political factors, and anything
else that might affect your investment...
How to arrange for financing so you can leverage your investments: You'll
get inside tips on where and how to finance overseas property
purchases. Specifically, we'll show you how to leverage your
investments in key markets. In some cases, all you need is an
introduction. We'll take care of that when we meet.
How to legally defer taxes and keep more of your money:
You may have heard of "Like-Kind Exchange" benefits for U.S. investment
properties. However, few people realize you can use this same IRS
provision when dealing with overseas properties, as well.
The bottom line is you can indefinitely defer U.S. capital gains taxes for foreign investment properties
if you
know how to use this strategy properly. We'll tell you everything you
need to know to take full advantage of this important tax benefit.
The key thing to understand about all the information and
recommendations we'll be making when we're together in Panama is this:
We won't be talking theory. You won't be getting well-researched or
textbook advice. When it comes to investing in overseas real estate,
that kind of information is useless.
In Panama this October, my colleagues and I will be sharing hard-won,
real-world, firsthand insights and discoveries. This is the real deal,
straight from the trenches. Every one of us participating as part of my
panel of experts is a current, active, long-experienced, and very
successful international real estate investing professional.
These are the guys I go to myself when I want to check out an
opportunity...these are the people I trust, top experts in the legal,
financial, tax, structure, and insurance issues you must address with
investing in property abroad.
In addition, I've invited a few investor-friends, guys like me who've
been doing this a long time in markets all over the world and who will
share their own investment philosophies, strategies, and stories of
both success and failure, profit and loss. You can learn as much from a
failed investment as from a successful one...the best case, of course,
is when you can fail on somebody else's account! That's what we're
bringing you the chance to do. Leverage our many decades of experience
at this, to learn not only where and how to buy now...but also what
never to do.
Among the personal, trusted counsel introductions I'll make in October will be...

DAVID STUBBS
International Real Estate Investor
Costa Rica

David
left the UK in 1984 and has being living and investing internationally
for the close to two-and-a-half decades since. He has had the
opportunity to visit 53 countries...and counting.
After a 25-year career in high technology, during which time he lived
in the UK, France, Singapore, Hong Kong, and California, David retired
three years ago to Costa Rica.
David stopped working so he could spend more time with his wife and two
teenaged children, as well as his favorite hobby--real estate. In
the 30 years since his first purchase, David has made more than 50 real
estate investments in 9 countries across 5 continents.
From his global viewpoint, David has learned a lot about market cycles.
He knows that it is good to be cautious. He has seen the signs of
bubble before and has managed to sell before the top in each case.
He has also ridden the waves of rising prices by being in some of
the right markets at the right time--Hong Kong, 1986 to 1995; the UK,
1995 to 2006; and California, 1996 to 2004, for example.
Most recently, David has invested in Belize, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and
Panama, riding the wave of investment in Central America, which he
believes continues to build.

Two-and-a-half-days, Two Nights in Tropical Panama -- Plus the Best Advice in the Business
You can't invest in foreign real estate from your armchair. You can't
research an opportunity online, act on it, and expect to come out on
top. And you should never take advice on investing in any overseas
market from someone who hasn't done it himself.
You have really only two options for making money in international real estate:
You can invest the time and money to check out every property opportunity personally, yourself...
Or you can follow the lead of someone who has already done it himself...and made money at it.
"Worthwhile For Every Level of Investor..."
"Thank you for sharing such an immense amount of global real estate
investment information and such an impressive number of current
investment opportunities during your well-planned conference... There
was a wide range of opportunity for investors of all levels, from
low-cost and entry-level to very high-end.
It was truly all-inclusive, worthwhile for every level of investor.
Hat's off to you, Lief, for having such a clear and helpful vision. I
sincerely appreciate the rare opportunity to connect with such great
people."

Join Us at Panama City's Hotel Veneto--
a Wyndham Grand Hotel

The
Hotel Veneto is a newly renovated 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of
El Congrejo, one of my favorite Panama City neighborhoods for its
central location and abundance of restaurants and cafes within walking
distance. Hotel Veneto offers beautifully appointed accommodation, four
restaurants, a full-service spa, and a Las Vegas-style casino. A local
friend describes this hotel as the best value in the city -- and we
agree.
We've negotiated a very special discounted
Global Real Estate Profits Summit
Attendee Rate of only US$125 a night, including both full breakfast and
free wireless Internet for the entirety of the event. If you've
researched the cost of international-standard hotels in this town, you
appreciate what a bargain this is. Internet alone can cost you US$15 a
day at some hotels!
We've reserved a block of
rooms, but, when they're gone, we may not be able to get more. Frankly,
we're expecting a great turnout, given the volume of pre-registration
sign-ups we've been receiving. So, again, please, don't delay in making
your reservation.
