Second, many of you have been asking me if
I plan on teaching an Arizona Tax Lien Seminar before the Arizona tax lien
certificate sales start in February 2005.
This time around we are offering the
seminar on a weekend day, Sunday, February 6, 2005.
Here are a few of the topics that the
Arizona Tax Lien Seminar will cover:
- An overview of the tax lien certificate
process
- Tax lien certificate due diligence
- Arizona tax sale statutes and rules for
the sales
- How to review/analyze Arizona tax sale
lists (we will provide tax sale lists for many of the counties as part
of the course materials)
- Tips and bidding strategies for county
sales in Arizona.
After one day of course instruction, the
next day we will go to the courthouse and show anyone who wants to stay
the extra day how to look up information on the computer so you can
prepare for the sales you want to attend.
