Step 1
 When you order Rogue Real Estate Investor Collection (The Real Estate, Tax Lien and REIT Investing Books)
you may choose to purchase by phone, send a check or money order, use
PayPal or order online through a secure website. Online purchasing is
fast and secure through Mind Like Water's online store.
Step 2
You
will be asked to fill in some basic personal information such as phone
number, e-mail address, etc. This information is necessary in case
there is a problem with ordering and we have to contact you. Please
review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Step 3
Next,
you will select the type of credit card to use. We accept MasterCard,
Visa, Discover and American Express. Shipping is free there is no sales tax
unless you live in Kansas.
Step 4
Enter your credit card number and expiration date (month/year).
Step 5
Your
order will be automatically processed and you will receive an online
invoice to print for your records. At the bottom of the invoice are
instructions (including your password) for downloading the e-book
package and bonus gifts (one file). You will receive the same
information by e-mail. You will automatically be sent an e-mail
containing your invoice. However, you may use the text hyperlink to
download the e-book at any time.

When
you click on the download button, you will be asked for a a password.
Simply enter your password and open the book. The file is in Adobe
Acrobat (pdf), so any computer (Mac, Windows, Unix) can read the file
using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Most computers already have the
free Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, but if you don't have the Acrobat

RETURN POLICY
We
offer a 30-day, money back guarantee with management approval. You must
provide a notarized letter, along with the returned product, stating
that you have
removed all of the electronic files off of your computer and have not
copied or are obtaining any of the materials. There is a $30 restock
fee plus shipping fees. A refund check will be mailed to your shipping
address within 30 days of receipt of the returned product and notarized
letter.
