you believe that your work has been copied in any way that constitutes

Digital Millennium Copyright Act) submit a formal Notice of Trademark
or Copyright Infringement to mind-like-water.com. The notice should

USE OF SITE
The Content on our Site, and the Site as a whole, is intended solely
for personal, noncommercial use by the Users of our Site. You may
download or copy the Content and other downloadable materials displayed
on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in
any downloadable materials is transferred to you as a result of any
such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted

REFUNDS
Rogue Investor products include electronic files, website usage and services, such
as phone and email support, that cannot be returned.
Therefore, Rogue Investor has specific requirements for using and returning products.
However,
we also recognize that there are certain unique circumstances that
could warrant a full or partial refund. These cases are evaluated by
the owners of Rogue Investor, LLC and must be approved in advance. In
such a case:
All
physical materials must be returned in their original, pristine
condition. If the book or CDs are damaged, that will be deducted from
your refund. Send the complete product back to 5400 Johnson Drive #106,
Mission, KS 66205. Do not send the product back unless you have
been approved in advance.
Second,
we need a notarized letter from you stating that you have deleted all
electronic files from your hard drive or any other media capable of
storing these files. We also need a guarantee that you have not made
any backup copies, sold this material, given it to anyone or in any way
maintain any physical or electronic products from Rogue Investor. We
also need a guarantee that you have not used the online course and that
all links, passwords, usernames, etc. are removed from your computer or
any other media capable of handling such files.
A handling and restocking fee of $30 will be deducted from U.S. orders and $60 from any foreign orders.
USAGE BY CHILDREN UNDER 13
rogueinvestor.com cannot prohibit minors from visiting this Site.
rogueinvestor.com must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible
for supervising children under 13 to decide which materials are
appropriate for such children to view and/or purchase.

WATER.COM, YOU ARE REPRESENTING TO MINDLIKE WATER.COM THAT YOU ARE AN
