online checking the Tax
Certificate listing in
Arizona, particularly in Apache
County, and are checking on
mostly vacant land in the 5 acre
range, with a low enough 2004 tax
+ the prior
amount, to chance a bid.
Also, we are planning two bids on
negotiated sales in Saline County
We used to live in Benton, and are
pretty familiar with the land, but
the two we
are considering are one with a
minimum bid of $200.00 and one
with a minimum
bid of $100.00.
We had bought John Beck's deal
before we saw your ad, and there
was a great
turn-off there. About two weeks
after the material arrived, I got
a call from one of his 'start-up'
specialists, telling me he wanted
to 'get us out of debt' and the
first step in doing so would be
for me to send him $2000.00 so he
could make us rich.
Sorry this has turned into a book,
but I just wanted you to know we
getting lots of good info and as I
said, it is understandable, and
written. The 'freebies' are
super, including email support.

I purchased your program and OTC
Super List late last year. I am
in the process of finalizing my
first deal. Using the methods you
have described, I located 16
pieces of land in a lakeside gated
community with a golf course. I
was able to secure 15 out of the
16 parcels at an average cost of
$1,250 per parcel. Once I get the
titles cleaned up so I can issue
warranty deeds, my total cost per
piece of land will be
approximately $2,000. The
interior lots currently sell for
$12-15,000 and I have 6 lots that
will even command a premium over
that price – one is two lots from
the lake, four back onto nature /
greenbelt areas, and one even
backs up against an adjacent state
park. All in, my cost was around
$30,000 for over $200,000 worth of
stuff, thank you!!

is top class. I'm actually a UK-based writer and journalist
(writing for the Financial Times and other business and
lifestyle newspapers) and I think Bryan Rundell is a very
good writer. There is no hype - and that stands out as so
many books tend to be poor on content. People like him
will be the winners in the burgeoning market for books
