Review of Carlton Sheets Program

Carlton Sheets is probably one of the best known real estate investors.  For over a decade, he has provided a real estate investing program.  Overall, his real estate investing program is good for beginning real estate investors that want to focus on residential real estate investing.  The program covers investing in foreclosures, creative financing and includes basic real estate investing contracts.  However, the program does not cover other real estate investing areas like tax liens or REITs.  The price, approximately $200 is a little high but if you are looking for a program that includes videos, cassette tapes and can be followed by just about anyone, it is probably a good investment.  Overall rating $$$ out of a possible $$$$.
