All these places offer listings of properties that are going through foreclosure.  Often this is the best place to look for incredible real estate deals.  Everyday these properties are not sold represents money lost, so government agencies and banks are often very motivated to sell foreclosed properties.  Your best bet is to focus on the properties that are located in good areas and do not require a lot of repair work to make them acceptable to renters or buyers.
