VA, HUD and FHA Foreclosure Listings

Government foreclosure listings can be obtained from the Veteran Administration (VA), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Federal Housing Department (FHA).

The foreclosure lists include bidding requirements, property information and basic terms.  To bid on these properties you will need good credit and some earnest money (usually $500 to a few thousand dollars). 

Focus on properties in areas you are familiar with and neighborhoods where price appreciation is taking place.
