With the Premium Member Service, my goal is to take all of the education and training that I normally teach in a 3-day workshop and open it up to members who want to take advantage of the power of the Internet and the ability to invest from the comfort of your home.

More and more counties are going online with tax sales, if for no reason but to save money. This not only results in more opportunities for us, but also more competition. However, most individuals are not aware of the many and varied sales available online and through obtaining lists of tax liens and tax deeds that can be purchased through the mail. The idea here is to save money on travel and expenses and open up the investing year round.

If you live in Florida, for example, you probably know that tax lien sales occur mainly in May of each year (actually on or before June 1). You also may have heard that over 20 counties are online and you can bid from your computer using an online auction system. Likewise, if you live in Arizona, you may know that tax lien sales happen in February of each year and many sales are now on the Internet.

Knowing this you may want to invest in tax lien certificates, but what do you do when half of your liens are redeemed early? Well, you need a plan to continue redeploying your money in different sales. My goal is to help you navigate the sales all year, not just once or twice..

So, before we get started, let’s review some important concepts of the Rogue Investor Premium Member Service.
